If there is a reasonable concern regarding a student’s legal eligibility, Bastion Training Group LLC may refuse or suspend participation until the matter is satisfactorily resolved.

4. Age Requirements

Minimum age requirements may vary by course and applicable law.

Where a course permits participation by a minor, Bastion Training Group LLC may require written permission and/or the presence of a parent or legal guardian.

Additional restrictions may apply depending upon the type of training, firearm, facility, or course.

5. Intoxication and Impairment

Students may not participate in training while impaired by:

Alcohol;
Illegal drugs;

No refund or training credit will be provided when removal is the result of prohibited impairment or related misconduct.

6. Physical and Medical Considerations

Firearms training may involve standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting, repetitive movement, recoil, noise, and other physical demands.

Students are responsible for determining whether they are physically capable of participating safely.

Students should notify the instructor before training of any physical limitation that may affect their ability to safely perform course activities.

The instructor may modify an exercise or restrict participation when reasonably necessary to maintain safety.

7. Student Conduct

Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.

The following may result in removal from training:

Unsafe or reckless behavior;
Refusal to follow reasonable instructor directions;
Threatening or aggressive behavior;
Harassment or discrimination;
Disruptive conduct;
Intentional violation of range rules;
Unauthorized handling or discharge of firearms;
Possession or use of prohibited items;

8. Instructor Authority

The lead instructor has final authority regarding immediate safety decisions during training.

Bastion Training Group LLC reserves the right to deny enrollment or participation when necessary to maintain the safety, security, and integrity of the training environment.

By registering for a course, the student acknowledges that eligibility requirements are a condition of participation.
