Frequently asked questions

Clear answers before you register.

Review the common questions below. Class-specific information always takes priority when details vary by date.

Registration

When is my seat confirmed?
Your seat is confirmed only after full payment is successfully verified. Beginning checkout or expressing interest does not reserve a seat.
Can I reserve a seat and pay later?
No. Published classes require full payment at registration. There is no deposit or unpaid reservation option.

Classes

How large are the classes?
Scheduled capacity is set for each class. The normal configurable range is four to ten students, and the listing shows current availability.

Preparation

What should I bring?
Bring your registration confirmation, any identification or documents named for the class, and only the firearm, ammunition, safety gear, and other equipment expressly listed on the class page. Do not substitute equipment without approval. If the page does not clearly state the firearm or ammunition requirements, do not register—contact Bastion first.
Do I need my own firearm or ammunition?
It depends on the course. Registration opens only after the class page states whether a firearm and ammunition are student-supplied, provided, optional, prohibited, or not used, along with any confirmed specifications. If that information is missing, contact Bastion before paying.

Location

Where are classes held?
The public listing shows an owner-approved general location. Exact location information is shared according to the settings for that class.

Availability

What happens when a class is full?
Registration changes to a waitlist form. Joining the waitlist does not collect payment or guarantee a seat.

Policies

What is the cancellation or refund policy?
The current owner-approved policy appears on the Policies page and must be accepted before checkout can begin. Checkout remains disabled while that policy is a placeholder.
