Cancellation, Refund, and Class Credit Policy

Business: Bastion Training Group LLC
1. Purpose
Bastion Training Group LLC is committed to providing high-quality firearms training while maintaining a fair and consistent registration and cancellation process. Because class sizes are limited and training resources are reserved in advance, the following cancellation and refund policy applies to all students and training courses unless otherwise stated in writing.
2. Student Cancellations
More Than 30 Days Before the Scheduled Class
Students who cancel their registration more than 30 days before the scheduled class date are eligible for a full refund of tuition paid.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when reasonably practicable.
30 Days or Less Before the Scheduled Class
Cancellations made 30 days or less before the scheduled class date are not eligible for a cash refund.
Instead, the student will receive a training credit equal to the amount paid, which may be applied toward another Bastion Training Group LLC course.
Training credits:
Must be used toward an eligible future course.
Are non-transferable unless specifically approved by Bastion Training Group LLC.
Are not redeemable for cash.
May be subject to availability and course-specific requirements.
May not be combined with certain promotional offers unless approved in advance.
3. No-Show Policy
Students who fail to attend a scheduled course without providing appropriate notice will not be eligible for a refund.
At the discretion of Bastion Training Group LLC, a no-show may be converted into a training credit.
4. Instructor Cancellation
If Bastion Training Group LLC cancels a course because of:
Insufficient participation or enrollment;
Weather;
Unsafe training conditions;
Facility or equipment issues;
Instructor availability;
Or another circumstance requiring the instructor or training company to cancel the course;
the student will receive a full refund of tuition paid, regardless of how close the cancellation occurs to the scheduled course date.
Students may alternatively elect to transfer their registration to another available course, when offered.
5. Weather and Unsafe Conditions
Bastion Training Group LLC reserves the right to cancel, postpone, modify, or reschedule training when weather or environmental conditions create an unreasonable safety risk.
The decision to cancel or modify training due to weather or safety conditions rests with Bastion Training Group LLC and/or the lead instructor.
If the course is cancelled by the instructor or training company, the student will receive a full refund regardless of the timing of the cancellation.
6. Removal From Training
A student who is removed from a course because of a violation of the Training and Safety Policy, unsafe conduct, failure to follow instructor direction, or other conduct that creates a safety concern is not entitled to a refund or training credit.
7. Exceptions
Bastion Training Group LLC may make exceptions to this policy at its sole discretion when circumstances warrant. Any exception does not establish a precedent or obligation to make the same exception in the future.
By registering for a course, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation, Refund, and Class Credit Policy.
