Taking a first training class can feel like a big step. A good fundamentals class is designed to replace uncertainty with a clear process, attentive coaching, and repeatable safety habits. You do not need to arrive knowing everything. You only need to arrive ready to listen, ask questions, and learn at a responsible pace.

Before class, review the course description and every message sent by the instructor. Confirm the start time, location instructions, required equipment, and any prerequisites. If anything is unclear, contact Bastion Training Group before the class instead of guessing.

During class, expect safety expectations to be explained before practical work begins. Instruction should build from simple concepts toward supervised application. Small-group training also gives you room to ask questions and receive feedback without feeling rushed.
